[Character Information] CR Chart / Digital Mind Wave: Zack Fair

Just a head's up: this code will not work in Dreamwidth's default view.
To see it properly, you need to allow custom layouts on other journals.

Last updated August 23/12.

Legend

The requirements for the upper section are very low.
Basically, just exchange names with Zack and a character is added.
Getting a deeper description takes more CR.

The upper percentage is the level a character has reached in Zack's DMW.
When a character has reached 50%, Zack starts to develop a special attack
based on that character. Upon reaching 100% that special attack is usable.

= MAGIC MATERIA (Levels 1-5)
For acquaintances/new friends; this gauges how well Zack knows them.

= SUPPORT MATERIA (Levels 1-5)
For close friends; this gauges how close Zack is with them.

= COMMAND MATERIA (Levels 1-5)
For irritations; the gauges how much Zack dislikes interacting.

= SUMMON MATERIA (Levels 1-5)
For trust/respect; this gauges how much Zack will share and how well he'll listen.

= INDEPENDENT MATERIA (Levels 1-5)
For attraction; this gauges how attractive Zack finds them and how likely he is to flirt.

= BLACK MATERIA
For enemies; by earning this a character has done something unforgivable.

= WHITE MATERIA
For love; Zack loves this character and is involved with them.

As the Brave Vesperia guild leader and, by now, a close friend, Zack has a great deal of faith and trust in Yuri, and he's definitely happy to have the guy around. He knows they've both had a rough life in general, but they seem to take comfort in living in the now rather than prying or dwelling on the past, which is probably why Zack enjoys his company so much. He'd certainly open up to Yuri or listen if the situation calls for it, but he's glad they're not all about the angst. He couldn't ask for a better friend.

Limit Break: Savage Wolf

A sudden energy burst allows Zack to constantly attack without tiring for up to 20 seconds.

Lightning
100%
It took a lot of work and development on both sides of the equation, but Zack is happy to have earned the right to call Lightning his girlfriend, even if they're not always public about it. She has a strength and a will that is difficult to measure, just one of the many things he admires about her, and he considers himself extremely lucky that he's one of the few who gets to see her smile- and very proud to often be the one to drag said smile out of her. She's a beautiful person inside and out, and more than anything, he wants to make her happy.

Limit Break: Thunderfall

Giant horse attack from god-knows-where. Lightning damage to all enemies. Complete with rose petals.

Buffy is one of those people who has just been around forever, and Zack knows pretty well, but at the same time knows very little about her. He's okay with this, since he's not one to pry, and if nothing else he's glad it doesn't get in the way of their friendship. As Bar-mates he finds her easygoing and fun to work with, and he really can't imagine Good Spirits - or Luceti itself - without her.

Opponent is attacked by a flurry of wooden spikes.

Ventus is a cute kid, one of those hopeless optimists, and truth be told the guy reminds Zack a lot of himself a few years ago. He knows Ven has been through a lot, and has a fair amount of growing still to do, so he tries his best when they meet to support him, offer advice as needed, or just be someone to chum around with in general. He's really hoping that Luceti doesn't break Ven's spirit over time, because that would be a damn shame.
