My headcanon is that he can detect mental probing and can somewhat attempt to push out the intruder, but someone as powerful as Rui can probably get in okay if she catches him off guard. Can Rui read segments of your character's past if she touches them? Sure thing. If yes to the above, what would she see? Loki would be shouting at a closed door (in adult form, so with his Manly Voice), and then he'd kind of fall through the floor all dramatic-like. Another vision could be him holding a bloody eyeball in one hand and a sword in the other, and then he would be questioning why he just did this thing.
